ESBA congratulates new EESC President

Séamus Boland, from Ireland, has been elected as the new President of the European Economic & Social Committee (EESC), an EU Institution which has represented civil society since 1958. David Caro, ESBA President said ‘We are delighted congratulate Séamus on his election, on the 22nd October 2025, and look forward to working with him and his colleagues. Small businesses are very much at the heart of local communities and an important part of civil society’
