SBA review: SMEs' enthusiasm tempered with caution
Organisations that represent small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have reacted positively to the review of the Small Business Act for Europe (SBA), adopted on 23 February by the European Commission (see Europolitics4147). However, given the relatively patchy progress shown by member states over the last two years, they tend to remain cautious.
