Capacity-Building Taster Session
ESBA has developed a Taster Session for its Capacity Building Programme entitled "Making Change Happen." Why?
"The one thing that never changes is change. It is permanent, it is inescapable, and to be successful, every organisation must maximise the opportunities existing within this continuum of change. There are reactive changes made necessary by internal and external factors and proactive changes decided by management.
It is essential that those charged with guiding the future of their organisation regularly review their objectives, and develop strategies that will ensure they are achieved. This workshop provides a unique opportunity, to draw upon our own experience and those of others in our sector to help our organisations improve and grow."
