EU Advocacy » Y 2000 Declaration
At a time when “Entrepreneurship” is finally acknowledged as an important value for economic and social progress by the EU, and when “The European Union SME Charter” needs to be transformed into real actions, ESBA actively helps to shape and to improve the future economic policy, through 30 concrete proposals, which contain its vision and its philosophy.
These 30 proposals are the result of a pan-European consultation of individual small business entrepreneurs, which took place at the turn of the millennium (and formed part of the ESBA Millennium Declaration in 2000). As you read them, you will find how all these policy ideas remain valid in the context of the renewed Lisbon Strategy and National Reform Programmes.
