24/03/2007: "Making Change Happen" in Belfast with the FSB
As part of the UK Federation of Small Busnesses Annual Conference in Belfast from 22nd to 24th March 2007, ESBA held an introductory session to its Capacity Building Programme for Business Organisations for the first time. The session, developed by Norman Mackel, ESBA's Treasurer and a qualified coach, took place on Saturday 24th March from 15:00 to 17:00 in the Waterfront Hall. It sought to to define participants strategic goals and the changes needed to achieve them in order to grow and improve their organisations. Partcipating organisations included ESBA's Swedish Members, SENSE and DNV, as well as representatives of ESBA's international guests, the Enterprise Alliance from Malta (GHIMA) and the German Union Mittelstaendischer Unternehmen (UMU).
