19/12/08 ESBA Coaching Session with UMIS-SMEA.
Based on a series of Coaching workshops, initiated in 2004, ESBA has been developing a comprehensive Coaching program. On 19 December 2008, ESBA held a coaching session with UMIS-SMEA small and medium entrepreneurs association. The session took place in the meeting room of UMIS-SMEA in Zagreb, Croatia. With a main aim on organizational growth, it focused on such issues as communication, member recruitment, management, the problems of peer-pressure, and the understanding of entrepreneurship.
