ESBA's position on Modern SME Policy is in 'Il Sole 24 Ore'
Brussels, October 01st 2007ESBA President Tina Sommer is quoted in Italian Newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore. The article comments on the European Commission's forthcoming Mid-Term Review of SME Policy. In it, Tina says: “Nowadays, European legislation is tailored to the needs of big enterprises, which imposes onerous standards and procedures on SMEs. It has been estimated that, in UK, an entrepreneur spends on average 7 hours per week filling forms and other bureaucratic documents”.
